started renting videos back in 1981, making us the longest established film
library in this area. We stock in excess of 2000 DVD rental titles, and have

Hugh Grant and Hugh Bonneville star in this family comedy sequel based on the
popular children's books written by Michael Bond. Now settled in London and
living with the Brown family in Windsor Gardens, Peruvian bear Paddington (voice
of Ben Whishaw) has begun building a reputation as an upstanding member of his
new community. After spotting a unique pop-up book which he thinks will be a
perfect present for his Aunt Lucy (Imelda Staunton)'s 100th birthday, Paddington
sets out to complete a number of odd jobs in an attempt to raise enough money to
buy it. However, when the book is suddenly stolen, Paddington and the rest of
the Brown family must work together in order to catch the thief and recover the
book before Aunt Lucy's big day comes around. The cast also includes Jim
Broadbent, Julie Walters and Sally Hawkins.
Bad Moms Christmas
Jon Lucas and Scott Moore co-write and direct this American comedy starring Mila
Kunis, Kathryn Hahn and Kristen Bell. With Christmas preparations in full swing,
friends Amy (Kunis), Kiki (Bell) and Carla (Hahn) struggle to cope when their
overbearing mothers arrive for the holidays. With Amy's mother planning an
elaborate festive party for a large number of her friends, the girls decide to
fight back and enjoy the holidays in their own unique way. The cast also
includes Susan Sarandon, Christine Baranski and Jay Hernandez.
Michael and Peter Spierig direct this eighth instalment in the 'Saw' horror
franchise. A decade after the death of the Jigsaw killer, the investigation into
a succession of brutal murders begins to point to a killer with eerily similar
methods. With a group of people being held against their will and being forced
to take part in a series of sadistic games of life and death, Detective Keith (Clé
Bennett) and his partner Halloran (Callum Keith Rennie) face a race against time
to solve the puzzle before it's too late.The cast also includes Laura
Vandervoort and Hannah Anderson.
Murder On The Orient Express
Murder mystery based on the 1934 novel by Agatha Christie starring Kenneth
Branagh, Johnny Depp and Judi Dench. When notorious gangster Ratchett (Depp) is
murdered on a luxurious train ride through Europe, Detective Hercule Poirot (Branagh)
must solve the case before another victim is claimed by one of the 13 mysterious
passengers on board. Among the suspects are Princess Dragomiroff (Dench), Pilar
Estravados (Penélope Cruz), a devout missionary, and Mrs Hubbard (Michelle
Pfeiffer), an American widow.Can Poirot identify the killer before another life
Taika Waititi directs this action adventure sequel which sees Chris Hemsworth
reprise his role as the Marvel Comics superhero Thor, based on the mythical
Norse God of Thunder. Set after the events of 'Avengers: Age of Ultron' (2015),
Thor finds himself imprisoned on the far side of the universe without the use of
his famed hammer. With the villainous and ruthless goddess Hela (Cate Blanchett)
looking to instigate Ragnarok, the destruction of Asgard and the entire
Asgardian civilisation, Thor faces a race against time to return to his home
world and stop Hela's evil scheme before it's too late. The cast also includes Tom Hiddleston, Benedict Cumberbatch, Idris Elba and
Andy Serkis directs this British drama centred on polio sufferer Robin Cavendish
(Andrew Garfield). After leaving the army and becoming a tea broker, Robin's
life is abruptly changed forever when he contracts polio in Kenya aged 28.
Paralysed from the neck down, he is given just months to live and returns to
London for treatment but, against professional advice, leaves the hospital after
only a year. With the loyal support of his wife Diana (Claire Foy), Robin
continues to defy doctors' expectations and devotes himself to transforming the
lives of disabled people across the world. The cast also includes Hugh
Bonneville, Diana Rigg and Miranda Raison
Goodbye Christopher Robin
Heart-warming drama based on the true story of writer A.A. Milne (Domhnall
Gleeson) and the book he wrote for his son, Christopher Robin (Will Tilston).
After returning home from fighting in the First World War, celebrated playwright
A.A. Milne decides to write something to lift the spirits of his country. Taking
inspiration from his son and his toys, he thinks up a story about a bear called
Winnie the Pooh and his friends Piglet, Eeyore and Christopher Robin. While
initially delighted at seeing his toys immortalised in print, Christopher Robin
soon finds himself thrust into the limelight with all of Britain wanting a piece
of the young boy who inspired the great book 'Winnie the Pooh'.
Sci-fi action thriller starring Gerard Butler. After a series of natural
disasters strike the globe, countries across the world work together to create a
geoengineering programme, called Dutch Boy, to protect the Earth using a series
of satellites designed to control the planet's climate. However, years later,
the satellites begin to malfunction, leaving the Earth vulnerable to
catastrophic climate events. Dutch Boy's original designer Jake Lawson (Butler),
who was unceremoniously forced to leave the project, is chosen to travel to the
International Climate Space Station to repair the climate-controlling satellites
before the Earth is decimated by a series of cataclysmic natural disasters. The
cast also includes Jim Sturgess, Abbie Cornish, Ed Harris and Andy Garcia.
The Mountain Between Us
Idris Elba and Kate Winslet star in this gripping drama based on the novel by
Charles Martin. When the paths of two strangers cross at an airport, they get
talking and discover that they both need urgent flights that aren't available.
They decide to charter a private plane and pilot (Beau Bridges) to take them to
their destinations - surgeon Ben Bass (Elba) is performing an operation on a
patient in Baltimore and journalist Alex Martin (Winslet) is getting married.
While flying over a snowy mountain range, the plane crashes leaving Alex badly
injured and the two completely stranded with no way of getting help. When they
realise that the pilot didn't file a flight plan, they come to terms with the
fact that nobody knows where they are. Can two complete strangers work together
to survive the wilderness and a potentially deadly trek to safety?
Blade Runner 2049
Denis Villeneuve directs this sequel to the 1982 sci-fi thriller 'Blade Runner'.
Three decades after the events of the first film, replicant K (Ryan Gosling)
works as a blade runner for the LAPD, under the command of Lieutenant Joshi
(Robin Wright). On his latest assignment to retire an old Nexus-8 model, K
discovers a secret that could shatter accepted knowledge of androids'
capabilities and in turn makes him question his own purpose. In search of
assistance and answers, K seeks out former blade runner Rick Deckard (Harrison
Ford), but he is being closely trailed by fellow replicant Luv (Sylvia Hoeks),
who has been dispatched by replicant manufacturer Neander Wallace (Jared Leto)
to find what K is looking for.
Kingsman: The Golden Circle
Matthew Vaughn returns to direct this sequel to the 2015 British action comedy 'Kingsman:
The Secret Service'. After the Kingsman headquarters in London are destroyed in
an explosion, they discover that the organisation behind the attack is the
notorious Golden Circle, led by criminal mastermind Poppy (Julianne Moore). As
they prepare to travel to America to confront and take down Poppy and her crew,
the Kingsmen contact their American counterparts, Statesman, who agree to help
them in their quest. Although they have the same agenda - save the world - the
Kingsmen and the Statesmen have very different methods and values but they must
put these aside and work together if they stand any chance of bringing down the
Golden Circle. The cast features Taron Egerton returning as Eggsy, Colin Firth
as Harry Hart and Mark Strong as Merlin, with Channing Tatum as Agent Tequila,
Halle Berry as Ginger Ale and Jeff Bridges as Champagne.
The Man With The Iron Heart
Jason Clarke, Rosamund Pike and Jack O'Connell star in this WWII drama
co-written and directed by Cédric Jimenez. Based on the novel by Laurent Binet,
the film follows Reinhard Heydrich (Clarke) as he rises to the top of the Nazi
party with the help of his wife Lina (Pike), becoming a high-ranking SS general
by 1942. Meanwhile, Czech resistance fighters Jan Kubis (O'Connell) and Jozef
Gabcík (Jack Reynor) prepare to parachute into German-occupied territory and
embark on an ambitious mission to assassinate Heydrich and fight back against
the Nazi's brutal rule in their homeland.
Victoria & Abdul
Judi Dench and Eddie Izzard star in this historical drama directed by Stephen
Frears. Adapted from the book by Shrabani Basu, the film follows Queen Victoria
(Dench) as she forms an unlikely friendship with young Indian clerk Abdul Karim
(Ali Fazal). When Abdul travels to London from India to deliver a ceremonial
coin as part of the Queen's Golden Jubilee celebrations, he quickly finds favour
with her and is soon made her personal footman. Despite the reservations of
Victoria's closest advisers, the pair go on to form a strong bond with Abdul
rising through the ranks and becoming one of the Queen's most trusted allies. As
their friendship grows, Victoria learns to see the world through new eyes and
begins to approach life with renewed vigour. The cast also includes Michael
Gambon, Tim Pigott-Smith and Adeel Akhtar.
Bill Skarsgård stars as Pennywise the clown in this adaptation of Stephen
King's novel directed by Andrés Muschietti. In Derry, Maine, in the late 1980s,
a group of seven childhood friends, known as The Losers Club, unite to combat a
mysterious threat which their cursed town had thought was long since buried.
After his little brother Georgie (Jackson Robert Scott) disappears, along with
several more of the town's youngsters, Bill Denbrough (Jaeden Liberher) gathers
his group of outsider friends together to search for clues. Their quest
eventually leads them to fight back against the shape-shifting, supernatural
predator lurking in the shadows of their town and preying on children's
innermost fears, manifesting itself as a killer clown called Pennywise.
